Learn to Lift workshop will take place in GSP Gym on Sunday February 2nd at 12pm.
What does it cover?
The workshop will include:
- – Learn how to squat, bench press, deadlift along with the fundamental movement patterns that are used in most exercises
- – Common mistake people make in the gym and how to fix them
- – Program design & periodisation based on your goals
- – Strength training for sports
- – Q&A session at the end of the workshop where our coaches will answer any questions that you have
Who is this for? Anyone can attend! People with little to no experience lifting weights, beginners and intermediate lifters, and anyone who wants to learn how to lift properly and get the best results out of their training.
