Its a daunting feeling and one that can stop you before you even step foot inside the door.
We designed this unique course to be most suited to those who have never trained before or want to learn the ins and outs of lifting weights and gain knowledge in diet for weight loss and healthy living.
The course will last 6 weeks and is a very basic ‘how to’ introduction to lifting weights in the gym. This course will allow you to confidently learn how to perform the majority of exercises that you will ever need.
On completing this course you will have gained the knowledge you require to confidently walk into a gym and get sh*t done without feeling like a fish riding a bike..
Each session is 45 mins long and there are 2 sessions per week,Tuesday and Thursady at 9pm. Spaces will be limited to ensure that time can be given to individuals as required. The fee for this course of 2 sessions per week is €150. It will be taught by 1 of our 2 coaches..both highly experienced athletes in strength and conditioning.
