We will be keeping it fresh and the body guessing by alternating through 3 different training styles. Incorporating powerlifting/functional strength, circuits/boot camp and Strongwoman events, you should never be bored of coming to a Mom Strong session. We focus on your technique and correct execution of the exercise from the beginning so to give you the best possible base. You will be challenged and encouraged to constantly improve whilst steadily getting stronger week by week. Weight loss, strength gain and increased fitness are side effects of these classes…if that’s your goal…come along and try them out! We also provide a fortnightly weigh in if desired and assistance with diet planning. It is also an opportunity for you to meet other Moms with the same goals.
