Strongman speed training for moving events

Pic a weight and aim to do it for 20m in less than 12s. If you do it in less than 12s add a total of 10kg to the yoke for the next set.

If you’re slightly over 12s stay at the weight your on and try to get it under 12s.

If you’re way over 12s lighten to load to something a bit more sensible for a speed run
